HEMS is currently a private pilot. New accounts are created via an invite link from the operator who set up your home box.
If you have an invite link, it should look like:
https://app.home-ems.eu/signup?invite=…token…
Don't have one? Reach out to whoever set up your box and ask them to generate a fresh invite for you.
